OK I'm assembling a plane covered in china cote well i went to shrink the covering on the h stab and it went and did a banana i tried to flip it over and heat the other side well it looks like a bunch of curves its all warped up how can i get it strait

Yep...Pull it off and apply new ultracote.... :wink: In 90% of the circumstances, you should use an iron on low and work yourself up. That Heat gun can take a small issue and make it a huge problem in about 3 seconds.
its all better now so is my hand from using it as a iron stand woh i have had some wild days cut the stabs off two profiles recovered one stab from doing the banana dropped my sukhoi on my toe
