Don't forget the carbon fiber that gets laminated into the spars.

Yep. That CF and sheer webs turned the right way.
My first glitter 55 i taco’d the wings because I glued the sheer webs sideways 🤦‍♂️

Stock has 0 shear webs. I think I'm gonna do at least partial on the inside bay on this thing to help hold the spars at the right angle, its tweaked right now and I think its gonna easier to splice into the main spars than try to completely cut them out and replace

Looks like this one was done with carbon tow not strips maybe, and I think the carbons intact enough

Get yourself a couple of straight 3/8" dowels to align the ribs.

Did that! The jig setup will make this much easier to rebuild in place!

Would be even easier if the dowel holes were above or below the tube so I could strick them through the intact wing to keep it all aligned, but mot sure if it would fit that way. I may still rip some covering off the bottom of the good wing so I can set it on the alignment jig too

Thanks! Can I get by with 3003s or something on ailerons on this thing with conservative throws? You or someone posted somewhere about blowback issues after going to a .46

It has some Spektrum digitals in the tail that should be fine but the missing wing didn't have a servo so I gotta come up with a pair of something...

3003 servos on the ailerons powered by a 6.6 volt life battery will be adequate during harriers and slow flight. But they won't be able to reach full throw at faster air speeds. Go ahead and use them for now. You can always change them out later.
