hey, I've got some sweet vids of constrictor, gordo, and the guy with the EF edge doing some tail touches in the pond during the Tulsa pro bro.

I put some out on RCU, but no one can play em. Anyone know the "secret" to getting a quality vid to play on everyones computer?

I probably wont get to putting more out till this weekend, school and full time job. But these are too cool to pass up.

Here is a high quality vid of Gordo http://www.netlight.org/The Lake PartII.MPG, only very few can actuall view it and hear it. Anyone know what I am doing wrong?

Thanks

It's prefectly fine, but got a couple things that will prevent most from playing it. 1st,t it's 45 seconds long and 50 meg! 2nd it's in MPEG2 format, which if you don't own a digital video camera, you probably aren't going to have a codec for. To fix it all you have to do is convert it, which the software that came with your camera should do. It's probably as easy as doing a file save as, and selecting a different format, like avi or wmv, then specifying some settings. You can download codecs from Microsoft for media player 8 or 9, which both work well. If you've got XP, they even have free movie creation software.

CODEC's

Movie Maker Download

I converted it to windows media 8, and placed it here http://f1.pg.briefcase.yahoo.com/[email protected] Click on the video folder, then the file titled "Gordo Pond tail touch". Upload that back to your site and see if everyone can play it (they should be able to). The settings used to compress were the default 512kbps settings. The quality is decent still and the file went from 50 meg to 3! If you need more help just holler. Great vid BTW, and good flyin Gordo!

Yeah Dude, at 50MB even broadband has to chew on it a bit, and I've got 3MB speed. Nice vid though. Funny watching Gordo call on that big Saito in a hurry as soon as he got the touch, Floating Taco Nerves!

Way to go Gordo! In my book you get as much credit for trying with the Taco as making it with the Sledge!

You're getting the hang of it coverdup. No thin skins allowed in the Bro's. If you can't take a little ball bustin, you won't make a Bro!

You know, it seemed to take A LOT LONGER when it actually happened. Seeing the video, I'm even more amazed at Randys picture, what luck to get that one with the tail burried like that!!!

Thanks Coverup, you're OK in my book............just remember......Turnabout is fair play!!
