By Far my Favorite plane ever: Saito .91, Futaba s3004s on wing, Hitec Digis on tail, 1800mAh NiMh battery, 16 oz tank. 4 pounds 6 oz, including 1 oz on tail.

Saito .91 is adaquate, hovers at like 3 clicks over idle (well, really it's like 1/3 throttle.)

The main thing I see with the sledge is the very effective ailerons and the harrier of all harriers!!!! I think it lacks in some ways, the KE isn't as good as some (the EF Edge and the Katana 70) and the inverted harrier, while doable, is harder to learn with this plane.

The Tonka sledge ROCKS!!! Very cool bird... and the 91 is a better fit that I would have thought..... I still like my Webra .50 better... But that Saito .91 is pretty damn cool!!

THe kits are expensive at Morris, I do agree. And I have the advantage of having a BB Sledge (Bizzarro Built), as these are not the easiest/fastest build. But I think the final product is worth it, it's just that good.

Here's some comontary that I may get blasted for (wat's new?) :lol: : I'm suspecting that the MOJO will be the next Sledge. I haven't got mine built, just have 2 flights on Paul's origional. But it builds faster/easier, the design is stronger (ie CF Rod), and at least my time on it showed a comparable harrier, and a better KE. I didn't try the inverted Harrier because I didn't want to give Paul MORE of a heart attack than I did, but he makes it look good.

As of right now my Sledge is my favorite...

Hitec 85 on Throttle
Webra .50 Apc 12X4 or 12.25X3.75(It likes either one)

-50 sx
-12.25.3.75 prop
- futabas 3010 on rudder and elevator
- 3004 on ailerons
-mac pipe
-mini for throttle
-Thinking to cover it like the yak 54
