I had bought the kit of the 4D from TuFflight and after several flights i broke the elevator pushrod twice. Joe saw my post and the short of it is:

Joe called me and told me to find the pushrod that they send with the delux kits. He also told me that if i could not find it locally, he would send me one free of charge. Now that is what i call excellent customer service.

I did find the pushrod Joe reccomended and it has yet to fail. Parachutes, walls, hard nose dives(because of radio interference of course).

I just believe in Joes TuFflight product and his incredible service and so i thought the rest of the Pro Bros should hear. Most of the time we all hear of the bullshit and not enough of the praise. Heres to you and TuFflight Joe.

Hip Hip Fucking Hey
Thanks for a great product and AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE

Yeah.... interference... that's the ticket. And there's my wife... Morgan Fairchild... yeah...

(you had to have suffered through the lean SNL years for that reference)

Glad to hear about another good retailer.

It only lasted a season. Don't get me wrong. It took more abuse than should be expected, but after my first season of learning 3D, it was time for something else. It was perfect for me at the time and taught me alot. I would recommed it for sure.

The assembly manual is about as good as anyone could make it. If you can read, check boxes, and follow the pictures, you can build one.

For what it's worth, my 4D is completing it's 3rd season of HARD knocks and still flies fine.It has taught me alot with next to nothing in build and repair time. There aint nothing like flipping these things over(waterfalls) while your right down on the deck.Tough is an understatement for these things. The other day flying in 15+ mph winds (to stay sharp) a wind gust caught the wing in a turn at 1/2 throttle, through the top of an evergreen tree (yea thru) and into a cornfield(uncut) that was drier than a Popcorn fart, picked it up and flew another 2 tanks(got dark out).Joe and Steve has been nothing short of awesome to deal with.I bought another one just to have as a spare. This is my primary"Fly it like Ya Stole it" airplane. If you want to learn and practice Low and Slow 3D stuff with NO pucker factor, all I can say is get one. They work !!! :rockoncool:
