I just received a free set of plans from a Bro and im wondering if its worth scatching. Is there anything that i should change from the pllans? Am i better off spending the 70some dollars and getting the kit? Scratching wouldnt be too damn expensive considering that Balsa USA is only a little over an hour north. :idea: Maybe I should just do both.

If you count your labor, scratching is a lot more expensive. I would spring for the kit.

Sounds like the other thread, scratch a Burrito? Same deal to me. If it's a well cut kit, why would you scratch it? I haven't seen the stuff, but I hear they do good work. And I doubt you can buy good wood for less than the kit by very much, don't forget, you get landing gear, other stuff, etc.
