I got 2 flights on my 65 today.
I got it to balance with 8s 3300.
With a easy first flight, basic trim and some hovering, I used about 50% of the batteries after 3 minutes.
2nd flight still easy but longer pull outs of the hovers, I used about 80% of the batteries after 4.5 minutes.

Overall, I like it.
And NO, snake man, it not for sale.

I know this sounds counter intuitive but try a 17x8 or 17x7,I suspect your running fairly high throttle settings to keep your speed up , a little more pitch will allow you to keep your speed up with less amp draw.

Hey bro's
Hope y'all surviving covid lockdown by making slabs! I bought some used Sbach wings and elevators and decided to build a 65" profile Sbach fuse (thanks BALSABRO for the plans, what a champion!)
Hopefully the ailerons being part of the airfoil of the wings I bought counteracts the 236in² less wing area of the wings in plans with flat ailerons.
I was planning to use a OS GT33 gasser, but thats way too powerful right, is 20cc enough to hover?
Couple of issues to fix, but mostly finished!
Cheers guys
Sam
