no no no not make offer.....CHEAP!!
Bummer duuude..... And it was such a pretty repair!! Oh well.. at least she died with her boots on!!
Shame on those rocks fer moving!! I'd send the rocks the bill! Good luck collecting on it though. Kind of like getting blood outta a turnip.

as always, Bummer!!
my accident investigation suspects that using the cheapass clevises that came with the arf was to blame, I was in a power-on loop and the elevator failed. the ele linkage was nowhere to be found. we fly on an old landfill, and there are a few drainage spilloffs that start in piles of rocks at the top. bad luck, i was right in the middle of one. but the nose kind of nestled in a hole - the fuse and the wing hit, and the engine wound up in a little hole. the header hit a rock, but looks like the mvvs didnt take a direct hit.

Just run in(to the ground) ??

Fully stress-tested?

May need re-covering?

Aw hell, throw it on eBay in "as-is" condition with a $500 reserve, *someone* will buy it :)
No kidding. I saw a "Box of Crap" go for $50 or something. It was an old TX somebody had tried to modify to do something..wires hanging out and stuff.

A buddy shelled a YS 91 and put the re-useable parts on Ebay. Layed it out, told people it was a shelled engine. Sold for like $175
at least this plane'll ship cheap.

No doubt about that
No need to box it up, just put it in a large envelope and let USPS do the rest!
No, put in the large box, insure the shipping and send it Fed Ex. When it arrives at the other end, with the box inevitably crushed beyond imagination and with that inside, it's payday.
My condolences...
May you grief pass quickly.
