Ok I will post this here because I know that any real Bros will appreciate this. I am taking the Radyak 67 the Motown Cali and I built and I am gonna blow that bitch up to a real size plane. If any of you know the Reaper, my 98 inch WrongWay kit bashed Lamsuk, this one is gonna be bigger and badder! I have blown up the 67 inch plans 150% the wing might get streched a bit the stab is a meer 54 inches and the rudder will be around 30 inches tall.

I am using twin 1.067 diameter carbon tubes.... twice the tubes, twice the love!! I will post pictures once I get started on the build, I am hoping the Hacker 100-8 will have enough power to fly this monster, if not I will go up to a 150! but it will be electric, just to piss people off!!

How did you mount the batteries on the Reaper? I’m finally getting around to rebuilding the Primo Grande that I got from Nut....and want to convert it to e-power👍

I have industrial Velcro on the plywood then I use 2 seatbelts going around all 4 packs stacked 2 on each side. Do not try and attach the Velcro to the covering it will just tear it off, ask me how I know…lol

Thanks!!,
That looks pretty straightforward. I’ll add some hard points and ply before I recover it.
It really only needs a balsa vertical piece behind the ply spanning the length of the battery pack, after 10 years I have never had an issue with the packs breaking the ply.

the 4 packs I use, 6s5000 weigh in at just shy of 6 lbs, so the key is using the industrial Velcro on the fuse and between the packs.

Is it done yet😁 Cool idea, cant wait to see it. I did an RadYak87, actually used the 67 rib set and stretched it. 50cc was not enough, but its what I had. The goal was to build an ARF for under $180. It was fun. Sold it to Iron Man👊
