thanks , I got it . but now how do I use it ? i loked at my photo but could not find how to reduce the KB?
Select image, then resize/resample. Then you can make the file smaller.
The other thing you can do is save it as another type of file. BMP in JPG or something like that. I'm not an expert in file types.
