I ordered my PB hat a month ago and have been billed, Havent seen hide nor hair of it. What's up, do they exist

Trust me, I'm sensitive to time it has taken to get the shirts and hats out. When I left for FL they were being embroidered. On the ordering page for the hats I wanted to make it clear that orders would be taken and then the hats would be made. It's the only way for me to approximate how many I will need to have made. I do apologize for how long it has taken. At this point all the digitization has been done. I can order 30 hats/shirts at a time and have them made pretty quick. They are comming and once again I'm sorry for the wait.
