Holy Cow! Any Baseball fans out there in the Brotherhood?

Curt Schilling is a MAN! Game 7 should be an all out war tonight, BEDLAM in the BRONX. GO SOX! Man-Ram to get off the snide and pound some long balls tonight. What bush-league stunt will A-Fraud pull next?

And what about them Astros outhitting the most powerful lineup seen in many years of modern baseball? Even if the Cards get to Munro tonight, they get a fully rested Rocket for Game 7. All them longballers for the Cards from Walker on down better wake up some bats or Beltran and company will put them away.

Shaping up as a baseball lovers wonderland of a postseason.

Go SOX! Here's hoping the Yankee's choke hard, Georgie Porgie to fire the whole orginazation!

wow, this is just amazing.... top of the second and the sox are already up 6-0. What a beautiful game

10-3, they own the Yankee's sorry butts.

That move with putting Pedro in scared the shit out of me. Pedro is probably a HOF pitcher, but as of late, the Yankee's ARE his Daddy. Guess what George old boy, picking up A-Rod and Shef didn't even make up for loosing the Rocket, Pettite and Wells. your pitching stinks, YOU lose.

Now we just gotta see how the Ulfstros do! I can't believe that he ain't been whoopin' it up about them...but he is in Mexico this week

With a fully rested Rocket on the mound tonight, I give the Astros a small Edge. But he better have his A-Game on. Never know when that 2 thru 6 in the cards lineup is gonna start pounding longballs like it's goin out of style.

I think an Astros/Sox series could be a lot of fun. Game 7 in Fenway, Rocket against Pedro, talk about getting nasty. Rocket's chance to move from legend to myth, Pedro's chance to go from great pitcher to legend. Boy I'd love to see it.

I think the Rocket is going to have a great game, if so the Astros should be in orbit and looking down on the baseball world.

Hand it to Edmonds, he made one of those 'plays' we'll be seeing years from now. That catch in center killed two runs and seemed to take the life out of the Astro's lineup. The rocket pitched pretty good, but he gave Rolen a meatball, and Rolen knows exactly what to do with it.

Cards-Sox it is. Wonder what the big Card bats are gonna think of the knuckler in game one? If Wake's got that thing working, he can make the best of em look silly. If it's not working, he gets rocked hard. Not much in between for him.

Good baseball ahead.

Hey Ulf, are the Astro's gonna spend the $ to try and keep most of this thing together and make another hard run at it next year?

Yes I think the Edmonds play was the big play it changed the MO of the game and lifted the Cards back into it.
I think the Boston can win if they tighten up there defence, they seem sloppy to me, but I'm jaded watching the Twins and there A1 fielding all year.

Well, it started out good but quickly fell to pieces. The Rocket ran out of fuel and they crash landed right in the middle of Cardinal territory.
5 - 2 Cards over Astros. Man that sucks MAJOR!
Having said all that, I still love them Astros. Ain't been in a Pennant race in years and I think they did a fine job getting to where they are now.
If we can come up with the money to keep Beltran and spray the killer bees, we may well have a fine team next year.

Having lived in St Louis for two years, I quickly converted from a Braves fan to a Cards fan, so last night's game was pretty good to me. However, I have mixed feelings now about the WS. I would love to see the BoSox break the curse, but now they have to go through my Cards to do it. But no matter who wins, it won't be the Yankees!

I just love the fact the yankees had it handed to them on a platter. Since the Braves arent in the playoffs I guess I need cheer the Sox on....Curt S is the MAN!

Well since the Braves are not in it I will just sit back and enjoy some great Baseball, Just as has been played played so far, Here is hopeing for extra innings,and 7 Games :drink:
I dont think Astro fans should be dissapointed they played some damn good baseball.

well, 3-0 for the Red Sox. Hope they brake the curse and win it in 4. One thing I know is that the Ulfstros would not have been 0-3 against the Sox
