New Futaba 14 channel TX

Saw a thread on theflyingcirkus.com about this. Here's a page with info:

Looks interesting. 14 channels. WindowsCE control touch screen interface. Interface to plug into a Windows PC for offline programming. I'm not a big fan of Windows (I'm a Unix/Linux person), but if the WindowsCE part is only running the user interface, then I can live with that.

Ya, i was unsure if i was going to buy one, but now i am easily buying one now that they come with speakers. But seriously, that is a sick radio.
Has a built in mp3 player I hear. Quicker, I'm also a Unix/Linux guy. We're not even going to go into the whole WindowsCE thing. :)

Yeah but with this radio you don't need an airplane, you can just run Aerofly-Pro ++ the Futaba edition
Not that it really helps, but I think for $3000 you at least get the synthesized RX too... and probably a batt, switch, neckstrap, and really nice case like you get with the WCII. Too bad I'll never find out firsthand. :roll:
