Just a motor question....

If it's a good running .46 it should be plenty. A m.c. muffler / macs header would give it all you would need. Or you could try a tower muffler, they help quite a bit and lots of guys are using them. My son and I both have sledges with TT 46's on them. I use a m.c. muffler and my son uses a macs one piece muffler.

I would say that it depends on how much it is going to weigh... If under 4-1/2 the 46 should be fine..

Good point about the weight. RJohnson, how much does the sledge weigh with all gear attached?

Put that on the 46, and even at 4 3/4 lbs it will be great, especially swinging a 12.25x3.75 prop.

I reckon the 46FX as standrad should do it but the webra 50 would be even better.

And dude, the avatar, we are trying to keep this site clean remember, so those SB's at the "other" site will still allow links to our awesome site here, mind you that other site is gay.

Sorry guys, I was just suggesting it, for all I care you can put it back the thing is they have finally started allowing links to our site again and I thought it should be able to stay that way, but the banned the links in the first place and why would we want all those stupid SB's here anyway, I change my mind, put it back.
