WHoa baby !!!
Hey Gordo, what lipo battery would I need for that?

Thanks much,

JW
Yep, I saw that at Toledo. The wing and tail are removable. I hvaen't seen it fly but if Chris is behind it I'm sure it kicks ass.
Is it available yet ?
No Doggonit! They can't do that..... I have a Yak55 version of my Edgeling still sitting in parts in the shop......... arggggggggggg
Wingspan: 30.5 inches

Length: 31.5 inches

Wing Area: 320 sq. inches

Weight: 14 -16 oz.

Power: Extreme Flight Brushless BL-20 Motor
for $200 with Brushles motor and ESC
when i heared that at toledo i said WOW, i like the take apart and fits back in box idea. cant wait for the video, its not up yet.
and you would need a 15 amp draw battery, like a 1500mAh lipo 3s1p
I wanna see some golden ticket motor/gear/prop setups here, to draw from a 15amp PEAK battery. if chris put that up, I think he'd sell more.

I've seen two versions of the plane. Quique was going to have one too.

I hope it's in the 12 to 14 ounce range and not the 15+ ounce range. I'm sold if it is. I asked Chris some time ago, and at the time, he said there would be the package and an airframe only price.

If the brushless set up is only $200, the plane itself is in the $50ish range, I guess...

Let's see, another Tribute, or this? :?
OH man I want one of these. Im guessing it would get a lot more respect at the field then a foamie.

He doesn't give many details about his motor set up, but guys who saw it fly at SEFF said it went like mad.

I'd think the Razor 2500 w/ 4:1, Himax 2025 4200 at 6.6:1, a Hacker B20 18L w/4:1 or better yet in a Cobri box at 4.85:1, an Axi 2808....those should all be pretty good choices for a plane this size.....but they are all gonna need a very good 1500 pack with very good throttle management, or a good 2100 pack I would think.

The small can Razors and Himaxes or the smaller 2212 Axi's might fly it, but I don't think they'd be mad dog 3D set ups if it comes in at 15oz.

Bad Boy video man. Definitely need to add ones of those birds to my collection :D
Chris, will you have them with the brushless package beginning of the month ?
Good job Chris. That is one sweet looking plane.
Awesome video Chris, and well within the EF standards of showmanship. 8)

So, what is the Pro Bro discounted price on these??? :D

As for the motor set, is the motor actually another brand now wearing the EF name, or something new to the market? My Himaxx will fly a 16 ounce plane, but it's getting towards marginal at that point. It's a 2015-4100. It turns a 12x6 on 3 LiPos and burns up 10 amps doing it. I guess a step up in motor would be what this is. Can you give any motor specs?
