Two things jump at me. First thoes little thumbnails do not do your product justice. If you want people to WANT/GOT TO HAVE IT. They need to have it up in their face so they can fall in love with it. It is one thing to say its top quality, as they say in Montana "SHOW ME" Try to link thoes small thumbnails to larger hi res pics. your page will still load quickly and people can get a good look at what you know they have to have.
The other thing is your personal guarentee.
