HOW DID YOU FIND THE PRO BROS?

Guilty! I found them on RCU.

I have been around for a while but I was told of the Profile Brotherhood from Morris Hobbies. I found RCU from a link on the PRO-BRO site to a thread "Ode to Billy Hell" Then it just grew from there.

The rectal retentive site. The Bros were the only ones that had useful information.

There was a really interesting article in 3D Flyer Magazine giving the URL for the brotherhood. I merely logged on and the hook was set.

OK, OK...... Suppose I explain. At a flyin at my field last year, Mike Bogh came to play. He told me about the profile brotherhood. He was spreading the word. I heard, I came, I liked, and I joined.

Spreading the word, is what missionarys do.

Yep, me too. Back nearer the beginning, I saw the Ode thread, read about the Knife and what it did better than the...dare I say it...Somethin' Extra. That was it for me.

And yes, I go over there once in a while, the FF forum is way, way down. But that may just be me, maybe we never had more than 10 posts a day over there :?: :roll: :twisted:

I was an RCU catch as well.....saw the brotherhood thing but just kept putting off joining finally did but never posted much on RCU as I didnt really care to post there.....but here......you may have to shut me up!

Yep I found it on RCU also.

RCU as well on one of the few times I actually went there (see how the brotherhood stands out in the crowd? There for five minutes and trip across you fine folks. :lol: ) Put off joining for a bit too. From the numbers it looks like dhooks and I found the light the same day.

Wasn't Yahoo where the bro's first talked? I stopped going there 'cause someone (on Yahoo - not a bro) got a virus and I kept getting infected emails from there.

Havn't looked at our place on Yahoo for months...

I followed the Ode to Billy Hell thread from the beginning. Just didn't get around officially joining till #485. Been a probro at heart since the early Morris days.

I found it thru a club member that was a Bro already.

I was flying circles out at my club one day when I heard a voice from above that said" are you tired of the same old type of flying?? time after time?? I answered YES, The voice said " GO TO www.theprofilebrotherhood.com AND SEE THE LIGHT" I went, I saw, I joined... 8)

I remember the Ode thread from the begining too. I was just getting started and still thought I wanted to be a scale guru... :shock:

Matchlessaero didn't even have a profile yet, so they took his picture with his set of pland and put it into the colage. Following that thread was one of the big reasons I wanted to join the Bro's. Everybody had so much fun. Anyway, I finally got around to it. The rest is "Tear Shit Up" History!
