Do we have any Plumber-Bros?

I'm replacing a hose bib with a frost-free on the house. Problem is I don't have a lot of clearance between the spigot and the ground.

Is it okay to orient the spigot horizontally? Does that cause any issues with the frost-free?

Angle it slightly down, definitely not up, so water can run out. Will be fine

Not a plumber, but tilting it down at about 45 degrees should work.
All you need to do is make sure gravity can drain all of the water out of the bib all the way back to the valve seat.
