check out the tailwheel I made

Insert brass tube into tail, Glue
bend wire, put on wheel
use bolt in wheelcollar set screw
Fuel tubing for tiller
screw to rudder

took 10 Min. to complete
I have this setup on my Burrito and it works great
this is on my 65" Yak
I'll let you know if I have any problems with it.

what keeps it from falling out of the brass?

the wire fits perfectly into the brass so it must come straight down to come out. The fact that it is attached to the rudder keeps it from being able to come straight down.

the brass and wire are about 1.5 inch long.
