Heat Gun HaHa

I was replacing some peel-n-stick tile in our home/office last week & I used my heat gun to loosen-up the adhesive. Also I discovered that I can heat-shrink the garbage bag to the can in there too. I wonder what else I can do with this wonder gun... Anybody care for a cheese-melt sammich?

Well Down here in the south we double them thar heat guns for blow' dryn our MULLETS!

mine must have been made on friday the 13'th so far i have warped the stab on the mini 3d profile had to make a new one and the the fuse is now twisted pretty good to i'm to good for my own good

It can warm up pizza, defrost chicken, Melt holes in monokote, burn your fingers. Etc

Mine just blows cold air. Guess I used it too much! I think Five times in 3 years is just too hard on a Top Flite heat gun.

i think your right, mine caught fire once when i wasnt even toughing it but it still works, i bet you guessed i dont leave it pluged in unattended anymore

Funny thing is I have another one that is over 25 years old and it still works fine! The writing on it reads "Made in the USA" Go Figure!

No shit, mine was bought used at a swap meet in 1989 or so. I have dropped it several times, left it on for at least an hour once. One tough gun!

My first one lasted 15 years.

I seem to use it to melt the pieces of monokote backing I leave floating around. :roll: Luckily, it peels off pretty easy.
