I now own a Himaxx 2015-4100, CC P-10, Kokam 3S 1500, GWS "D" gearbox, a LiPo charger, and some really small servos.

Next up, a itty-bitty Rx with good "anti-glitch" circuitry and a 3D airframe.

I've got a friend that goes through the Depron, and he has added some for me on to his next order.

I've got to go and meditate to come up with an airframe now...

Do we have a 3D mantra?

OK, I'm thinking a 30 inch Ultimate. Anyone got experience with this one? The plans say www.jetworksmodels.com.

By the way, one of the Bros made the suggestion of using rubber "O" rings to shim the Himaxx 2015-4100 in the GWS box. I found some at the hardware store. That works freakin great! I slid the rings over the motor, it's a tight fit, and then slid the motor into the gearbox. It is very tight, and there is no movement at all.

Thanks to whoever it was that gave me that tip.

The ultimate is a great choice! I've got a couple of them. 34" Depron w/hacker and a 22" Indoor 2mm version w/GWS LPS power.

Your welcome on the "O" ring suggestion. I stole it from the RCGroups boards. :D

For mine, I'm planning a bit of a "mod".

I want to do a built up profile fuselage. There are plans for a true fuselage and a very flat profile. I'll kinda' mix the two. I want to do a profile that is the width of the motor stick, that begins to taper down at the rear of the wing saddle. I thnk, with a bit of truss work, I can build it tough enough for the torque, and very light.

The wings will be basically the same, but i'll try to put the hinges on the bottoms of the wing and keep the tops clean for colors.

As long as I hit the 10 to 13 ounce weight, I'm in!

Check out www.foamyfactory.com Tim Hart is one of the greatest guys I have dealt with. He offers free plans for several planes which sound great for your motor combo. He also has some plans you could pay him for. The yak is a great flier, I cant wait for the extra.
The time he has taken to help out newcomers with his reply to theads and tips is without question, over the top!
