Dear Brothers,

I have a wickid new plane the " busty freestyle" that I have drawn plans for in Autocad format. It does everything much better than any of my 40 size profiles or my other electrics. A wing area of 370sqin, a wingspan of 32in and a wieght of just 9.5oz with 4 servos gives her great performance. I still have to finish the plane off with the pro bro logos but the detailed plans and template sheet are available. RTF kits will be available in Australia but the plans will still be free. If anyone is considering building one of these type of plane try this out, it flies great with the stock GWS motor and a 2s 1200 pack. Any brother who wants a copy of the plans and templates just ask and I can e-mail you one. There is also a much much smaller version on the cards (20-16in) for living rooms but it is a few months away(too sunny here to bother with that stuff)

What Pro bros are made for!

These are all taken from the video of the second flight

Matt,

That's a GREAT looking plane... I'm going to build one, but I'm going to go with 3mm depron and scale it down a bit... Something in the same size/weight range as the ShockFlyer.

Thanks for the plan and pics,

David

You know whats really cool. I dont remember sending either of you guys the plans.

If you want the plans just PM me your emails and I can get you a copy in ACad format or PDF now (tiled or one sheet). There is one set designed to use just as templates and another to use as a buiding guide. I would post them here but I cant find a way to put them anywhere.

When you look at the plans you'll find that most of it is built from 3mm depron apart from the wings(only because I'm not going to spend $30 in carbon just for a smashable 3Der.)

I am busy sticking my fingers to the 21in version (designed to rival the shockies), the plans for this one will be out in about a month. When you build them tell me about any changes and I will incorporate them into the Busty 2.

You can post them here no problem. First you need to host the 2 files somewhere. The just do what I did below to host my GS 540 ZDZ Install .DOC demo. It works right now.

It will look like this below when you do it. I can't use actual brackets or you won't see this. You must use the [ bracket instead of my demo { bracket.

ZDZ Install

Now in your it will look like this, just change the bracket type to [ ].

{url=http://www.mypage.com/ffplans.pdf}{u}FF Plans PDF{/u}{/url}
{url=http://www.mypage.com/ffplans.cad}{u}FF Plans CAD{/u}{/url}

Now if Billy enabled HTML on this forum we could make it graphical too! Actually we could do a lot of fun stuff.

I have seen alot of people post plans without much detail and without much thought into how it will be built. I am doing an engineering degree at the moment and I'm trying to convince my coordinator to give me some credit points to work on this project. If he does the Busty 2 will be all moulded in depron(landing gear and wheel pants as well) and weigh next to nothing. The wing will still be a flat plate so will it still count as a profile?

So if you send me your email I can send you a copy in DXF or PDF.
