I hear good stuff about the OMP Edge too. I'm so close to pulling the trigger on getting it. Info I have from some owners I've talked to is it has very little wing rock in a harrier due to the constant cord (like the burrito) wing, but more agile than the Burrito.

If I'm wrong here, somebody point that out please.

I would say get both, as well. Not much help I know, sorry! :)

edge540flyer, where abouts are you at? I have a newly built coverd sledge I would let go reasonable but don't want to ship. I already have one, but bought this one framed and finished covering it. But I also want to get my omp yak and the katana built and flying, so the sledge could go. I am in southern indiana.

If you are talking about the ARF Katana, I don't know much about it. The kit Katana is matloks design as Gator mentioned above and is really impressive. They are not the same plane or design.

Quicker, I've got the OMP Edge, and it is also a great plane. It likes to harrier at a really steep angle (70+ degrees) and just drag that tail around. Getting it into this attitude smoothly is a little touchy, but once you get it slowed down and nose high, it locks in nicely. And it is stupid easy to hover.

C'mon, Bryan! It can't be as bad as shipping a big Cap, can it?!?!?! :p

Speaking of a big orange cap, did you ever fix it? That was a good flying plane and you went and dorked it up! I was hoping it would go to a good home, not to someone who would mistreat the poor thing! :D

The sledge is glued together so I am not interested in shipping it. I will prolly just fly it myself, I need another profile!

I still have the big orange Cap, although it is still in two pieces! That was a great flying plane, and I DO intend to fix it someday. It's just that I discovered these darn flat airplanes and can't bring myself to fly anything else!

Heck, bring the Sledge down to Texarkana to our Pro Bro and I'll buy it from ya! I know that you're coming, right?
