Hey Billy Hell, Isn't this the same plane as the Switchblade you tried to get HL to carry?

Rudder looks a little small, but only in comparison to the KatanaP. May be plenty effective. Not a bad looking plane.

I have a glow version and an e version. You guys should have a chance to fly it soon. I like it better than my OMP Edge.

Did you get to fly one Gordo? Or where you just an observer?
Nope, didn't fly 'em. But they looked good. There are times you can look at a plane flying and know it sucks. This one looked good to me.

And if Billy Hell likes it better than the OMP I'm getting one!!!

a member of our local club has been flying an eagle for 5-6 months, It's true the covering sux, but he is 14 yrs old and dips the rudder in the grass in hover with a TT-46pro up front. doesnt seem to have quite enough power to pull out from verticle low hover though. OS46Fx would be a good motor for the eagle.
I am about to get my first 3d funfly plane in the next 3-4 weeks, Morris Hobbies Sledge. Cant wait!!!

Ahem.........that's the BAGLE 3D........ 8) :D

Gator's got one, it was in Nashville. Engine sagged on him in the mass hover........he just left it there and then violated it with his EF or Burrito, I forget which. I think he liked the way it fly's though. Ailerons are a touch smaller than most, but are effective.

FWIW

I have two. The ailerons look too small but actually work fine. The first one has a TT .46 Pro and my second one has an AXI 4130 on it. The power on the AXI bird is insane. David Payn (hired gun for HL) got to fly it and was laughing. That always means that he really likes the way a plane is behaving. With the 17x10 prop it is a harriering fool and hovers really easy. The only difference between the OMP 540 and the Eagle/Bagle/Switch Blade is that the Eage seems to KE better.

I've had an eagle for 12 months and it was the best damm profile that i've ever flown. Sadly shes dead now due to engine out while down on the deck, oh how i miss her.

Yes the covering is'nt the best so i recomened before building a recover with a top quality film would stop the fuel and oil. I also replaced the wire UC with flat plate ali UC.

EAGLE....... 10 OUT OF 10.
you would be sorry.
