This weekend I strolled out my front door, crossed the street and flew some of my electrics on the fairway of the 15 hole of the local golf course.

I realized that I was:

"Doin' the 9 on the Back 9!" :shock:

And I did it on Saturday and Sunday! :shock:

I think that's illegal!

latch you'd love it here, I love ER UM LIVE between the 14th and 15th in about the center of Oahu, Hawaii (West Loch Golf Course) I try to get out there daily. The City and County don't seem to mind as long as I don't dirtnap away from existing divets

Seriously...I thought you were messing with us. #9 is a tail touch. It goes back to the AMA and Dave Brown inserting a dig into the Safety code (part 9....go figure :wink: ) banning tail touches (it said you couldn't touch any part of the plane to the ground except the landing gear) We fought it (and won) and a tail touch has been a #9 or just "9" ever since.
