Hey Bros,
I just made a $150 order from Tower.

Well,I also needed some light weight foam Wheels for my spa3dt.
I told them that I wanted any brand except Dave Brown products. I said that " I " felt that he is against 3D flying, especially the tail tapping issue. So, therefore I will not buy any of his products. She didn't respond, ( I didn't expect her to) , to my statement.

But anyways,I got my point across. I normally buy his products, but no more.

A lot of you guys got an answer from the emails that you sent him. I didn't even get an answer. ( I was polite )
Well, anyways, hit them where it hurts. ( the pocketbook)

This is true for most anything. Follow the money trail.

No more Dave brown products for me either!

well, I hate to admit it but his foam wheels are pretty good though since they don't seem to go flat that easy. What other sources do we have that are equal in weight and quality ? I sure would like to switch too.

I am a stubborn, bullheaded Pennsylvania HillBilly.
I would rather build a set of Coroplast wheels, than Run a set of His wheels on any of my planes.

DuBro wheels are probably just as good.

I agree...

Dave Brown went out of business, as far as I'm concerned.

World models ships their planes with some pretty nice wheels, maybe they are available separately. Otherwise, the GP brand foamys seem good too.

Dave Patrick sells a real nice light wheel. Only problem is that you might have to wait a long time for your order.

well, I hate top admit it :roll: but I do like the Dave Brown lite Foam Wheels (have not yet found better ones) as well as the carbon fiber strips.

I sell carbon fiber strips, Ulf!! For about 1/10th of what DB sell it for.
