Thanks guys, but it wasn't talent - just an idea, a folder with lots of profile pics, and 30 min with Google to find a shareware program that would do it! I saw one of those mosaics somewhere and got the idea.

BTW - If you want to try, the program is called "AndreaMosaic", just put that in Google and it should be near the top.

Kinko's will print off a floppy. I use them for all my plans.
The one here locally can print up to 36" wide in any length you want.
They should be able to do that too.
I'll check into it tomorrow when I get back from the field and post the answer.
