I have acouple questions about building with Bluecore.

1. Do you remove the plastic on the surface?

2. Are the waves an issue, if so how to remove them?

Thanks

Only remove the "plastic" at glue joints, like you do with Monokote. The paper is what gives the Bluecor its strength.

The waves are just something you have to live with. Some stacks have more, some less.
I've never removed the plastic. I don't know what that would do.

Without the plastic, the foam is very "floppy." Some people have done this to save wait when they wanted to recover the whole thing with colored packing tape.
Question 1:
I have never taken the plastic off and have not had one problem with the plastic lifting yet ( !! YET !! ) I've built about 16 planes for my friends and I and so far so good.

Question 2: it won't effect your plane, all bluecore fan fold come with waves in it.
look and make your best pick, but don't worry it'll fly fine.
