Big Ups to Hitec

I sent an Eclipse back to Hitec to be serviced as I was having some trouble with it. Not only did the fix what was wrong but also replaced the battery cover that had the tabs broke off. Whats so good about this? They did it all free plus shipped it back to me at no cost. :D This was not warranty work either! This is what I call GREAT customer service.

I've heard similar stories from other people too. I really like my Eclipse:)

yeah.. my spectra module drifted a little too far out of spec to work reliably with my really narrow-band Berg receivers and Hitec said "send it in, we'll retune it for free"

That's pretty good considering it's two years old.

That's just one of the reasons why I've still got an Eclipse and over 20 Hitec servos -- and I just purchased eight more servos this month.

Good customer service is a great sales tool.
They took care of me on two Hitec servos that went bad. Replaced them with NIB, no questions asked... Can't ask for more then that.
