Guess that means if you quit your yanking the sim will work.... :shock:i find that the slightest tug on your "dongle" can lossen that connection
Sorta confused on your problem. If you can get as far as hitting the fly button, then it's not your Interface cable, because that means it recognized the cable.dhooks said:My Afp suddenly stopped recognizing my dongle.....with the results it wont load up. The other day I was having trouble with it too......everything would load up fine until you clicked fly...then it would just lock up. Deleted an reloaded it an it worked fine.....now this....Any clue what the trouble is?

The problem could be the plane it's trying to load. When the game starts it tells you that it's loading a plane, then scenery. If the plane that it's trying to load, which would be the last plane you chose, was a downloaded plane, delete it from the aircraft directory then try again.
Also did you install the latest patch? If you didn't you must.
Also if you do an uninstall from START-PROGRAMS-AEROFLY PRO-UNINSTALL you must also go in a delete the c:\prog files\IPACS directory as well before you try to re-install the program. That is a must.
Also a MUST is you must install Disc 1, Expansion Pack and Patch in that exact order. If you install the Patch before the Expansion Pack, the Expansion Pack will overwrite the Patch files, which in turn overwrites the update.
Try that ...

Do I really wanna do that? :lol:TeamOMP3 said:It could also be your dongle, make sure you inspect your dongle very closely.
If you get a really strong magnifying glass and some tweezers you should be ok with it....dhooks said:Do I really wanna do that? :lol:TeamOMP3 said:It could also be your dongle, make sure you inspect your dongle very closely.
