The Skeeter 36 and several other of his designs will be available in kit form in the not too distant future. I can't say who or when. You will see a post when he is ready to roll with it.

So they aren't going to be unobtanum for too much longer., I hope.

Please don't ask me who or what or when I can not and absolutely will not say.

You will know about it when he is ready.

So the Skeeters will rise again as did the Phoenix. Eventually.

Evidently his wood works fine!

Thus this hypothetical persons primary drawback from working with wood.

Ohh, and the whole demand from us RC junkies wanting a fix while trying to balance a family life and a REAL job!

Which BTW was Q's downfall.

He made a great little bird with the Skeeter,... then went on to make others.

Eventually it came to a point where as much as he loves designing and supplying us junkies with kits, he had to make the call.

Q didn't own his own equipment,... he didn't have a laser table to cut kits. Just a CAD program to design em and some good ideas. The cutting work was outsourced, as well as the wood suppliers.

I for one cannot blame Q for calling it quits!

Family comes first,... and it wasn't JUST the bro's demanding his kits, because certainly he still thinks of the bro's as family.

Now I've said enough defending Q,... Not one of us posting on this site ISN'T Human, Q made mistakes, and feelings were hurt. Get the fuck over it.

I don't know who may ever cut Q's kits again.... I'd like to see Sotos come back to the site and offer them up,... or Light RC,... The laser work from both those bro's is amazing!

Backslider, Menaceflyer, and a few others have CNC router jigs, and could do it too.

I'm certain some of you have figured out "who"

Leave him alone, and don't be spreading it all over the webs,

Please respect your brother and his family.

F*ck lasers, I'd rather have airplanes. Which was also Q's downfall. He had his own CNC Router, and listened to people from RCU/RCG bitch because the kits weren't laser cut. Like it really matters when the alternative is china-ARF's or e-flite crap.

Somebody build me something - never had a Q kit I built myself come out worth a f*ck. Ozzy, build me a Skeeter 36, yours flew better than mine! :)

I had a lot of communication with Quinn at the time too, bought quite a few from him, hell my first slab was a Skeeter 40! and got a 30 out of his last run.

Anyway I have this "who" guy phone number so I am going to start calling him

Everybody knows you've been down in your basement scratchin' your balls all winter tryin' to figure out how to get these kits ready for your big coming out announcement! It's obvious cause you haven't posted any colon adventures or snakey videos. There, it's out of the bag. Everyone PM Wulf with you preorders so you get in front of the line!

You got that right. The china built ARF's suck. I'm thinking of the Chinn Yak. Mine was pretty much held together with the covering. I now have a Saber 47 I got from berwyn bill on the cheap. Flies great but won't take much of a hit. No tube no love. (-:

Hey guys, the pdf files I have of the Skeeter 30, 36, 40 and KX2 are letter size so you can print them at home. You have to tape and cut when you done to get the patterns. So if anyone wants a copy of the plans just let me know. Thanks Quinn for all your hard work designing these airplanes and offering them to the public for our enjoyment!
