Free CAD software?

Anyone know of any free CAD software that is useable by a poor moron? :?

If your a student you can get the student version of AutoCAD. That’s what I have done.

+1 for Draftsight. Very easy to use and quite powerful for 2D. Doesn't do 3D, but for drawing plans, it's great. They update it regularly also.

Right here. It’s complelty free so long as going through a student email of an active student. If link doesn’t work right then just search AutoCAD student version. Gotta have a decent computer though. The laptop my work provides me to use for school just barely meets what it needs and it works it pretty hard.

Draftsight does 3D.

It's just not the greatest for it.

Autodesk Fusion 360 is good for 3d work. And you can get it free if a student or dont plant on using it to make money.
