From the manual:

OMP recommends an initial CG setting of 7.0 – 8.0 inches behind the leading edge of the wing at the root.

I appreciate it. I have it set at about 3/4" behind wing tube, but would like to have a good idea before I fly. Thanks for the help !

How was the old Yak 54? Were the wings removable? I have a kit lined up in my sights

It’s ok, but it’s no Slide, RadYak, Mojo. Old school, fat wing. Not too many options for a 65” out there.

Come to find out its a yak sp55m, not a 54. The 54 did have removable wings like the 55 I believe...
