Is that gear sold separately? I didn't see any mention of it on Swanys site.

Would you mind posting a pic of it? Maybe I can just bend my own.

That's funny about the UFO thing.

Shoot Swany a PM, I don't think he lists gear on the site, but I'm sure he'll sell it to ya.

I still cant figure out how to re-size pics off of my camera so the Bro site will accept them. :(

Thanks.....I'll do that.

You can open your picture in Paint then select Edit, then resize.... Then reduce the numbers from 100 to 50 ... That will be just about right. Then just resave it as another name so you don't change you're original.

Will they open in preview? If so you should be able to go to tools->resize and shrink them.

Not bad,... but I've got 2100+ images in the library,... over 200 in just the last roll, (I take LOTS of pics,... only a few are worthy of saving. )

I"m not gonna resize my whole file,.. that'd fuck up way to many pics that need the detail and or that will never get posted online.

I"m looking to resize files to post to the ProBro site, Now I forget the max restrictions,... but I'm typically about 2x what's allowed.

I haven't had a problem posting pics on RCG,... so it's just the Bro server's restrictions. :shrug2:

Where's Q? :?

I think if you don't "select all" and just select the few you want to resize, that may work. again, I'm a pc guy so can't try it...good luck!

Make it easy on yourself.

http://picasa.google.com/mac/

I've got a Mac mini with 2 24" monitors. Friggin sweet. If you get stuck email me. My Mac is my favorite PC. Next is my Linux Laptop. Windows sucks. Yes, even Windows 7. My other laptop is Windows 7.

BTW, here's how to do it without Picasa. I'm on OSX 10.6.2 but it should be the same on anything 10.5 and higher.

Open it in Preview (double click it). Go to TOOLS, then ADJUST SIZE. Make sure it's working in pixels, not inches and that it's set to SCALE PROPORTIONALLY, then punch in the width you want. If you are posting to this forum, or other forums I'd keep it at 1024 or 800. Hit OK. then go to FILE, SAVE. If you want to change the format, like from GIF to JPG or PNG to JPG then do a SAVE AS and select JPG, or whatever format you want.

Ahhh,.... older version, 10.4.11 But there's still gotta be a way to do it.

I've got no adjust size on the drop down. searched help, and it'll resize to fit window, but not actually change the size of the file, just zooms in or out to fit the window. :(

Wouldn't it be in the Edit tab?

I have windows based photo editing software, so it may be different, but in that package you just use the edit tab. Simplistic, but maybe it was over looked.......

tcan,
Here's a few Gatorb8 hatcam vids I took this morning. I threw my best impression of a waterfall in. If it's any better than yours we could compare parameters.

Gator.....I finally got the good computer back and was able to watch the videos.

Yours look pretty much the same as mine.....they just seem to have to be forced with the throttle, instead of just flopping over at low throttle. I tend to agree with Rookie, that maybe the plane is just a bit too light on the wing and it begins to fly again too quickly instead of dropping in an inverted elevator.

On a better note.....I just got the Skeeter 36 done and in the air today. Now that thing does nice waterfalls. CG and trims were on the money for the first flight.....thanks Zam for the CG heads up.

Mine is a hefty 24.5 oz.....flies great , though. Its funny how you can weigh all the shit individually and come up with a number, but when you put it all together, its way heavier..... :shrug2:
