What ever happened to (Doctor) Walter Morris? Is he still around (and flying?)

I remember ordering stuff from Morris Hobbies and when I got the CC bill the printout listed his Dentristy practice so my first reaction was to suspect someone had stolen my CC #.

After a phone call to his nice receptionist, she said that happened a lot.

I remember watching the Morris Hobbies demo pilot, (I think his name was Tony Ayers) he was ripping it up in the day. Now he would be just another Bro trying to fly like McDDD and Andy.

Crazy learning curve for sure.

I remember the Sudokhoi vid. Convinced me to get one and sure glad I did. For that time it was pretty amazing flying!! I lost my copy a long time ago, oh well. One of my fav parts of the video is when his engine quit way up. He put it in an inverted elevator type glide right down to ground level almost scrapping the rudder, popped in some down to get a little bit of lift, rolled with the wingtips almost hitting the ground, then landed perfectly and coasted to his feet. The table top landings were cool too.
