Aerofly RC7 - Mojo 40 BETA 1.1

PostPosted: Fri May 05, 2017 4:20 am

Hi!
I have made a Mojo 40 with an OS55ax for Aerofly RC7. Is there any bro who use AFRC7 and have a M40 IRL, who want to be a beta tester? You must have at least the professional version of AFRC7.

Currently I don’t have a M40 IRL (it’s on the building board) but a Moass 60. So I need some input on the flight characteristics.

I have been working on the program for a couple of months. Made it first in Sketchup and then Metasequoia for textures and export to AFRC7. And then editing of the tmd file forever. Lots of work.

Mojo40beta1.1.zip
Unzip and place in aircraft folder. You need to have at least Aerofly RC7 professional.

Sorry for the quality. My computer didn't manage to replay and capture at the same time, so I replayed it and filmed it with my phone.

looks great...far better than the older version of Aerofly I have. How does this new version of Aerofly compare to the new Real Flight?

Thank you guys! Regarding RF7, I have no idea. RC7 is the only one available for OSX and Windows, but it feels and look much better than AFPD and RF4,5 that I had before.

Looks right to me. Only thing that looked off from both mojo40's I have had is they won't pinwheel that tight.

Ok, Thank you for the feedback BalsaDust.
I don't think I can make it more realistic now without flying the real one first.
I have attached the mojo files in the first post. I hope someone will try it... Just unzip and place it in the aircraft folder of Aerofly RC7 (pro or unlim)

That's a servo/cg/ power thing, if all of those are on point it would

Does it need to be a more aft cg or forward? I got plenty of servo and power.

Yes! I made it on a mac. You need to put it in a hidden folder. start the finder. Press "cmd shift g" and paste this shortcut " ~/Library/Containers/com.aerofly.aerofly-rc-7/Data/Library/Application Support/aerofly RC 7/ ". then place the mojo 40 Folder in that aircraft folder.

:x I gave it a try, think it's great ! Haven't had a whole lot of time, think I will add a bit of expo to the ailerons but haven't flown a real mojo or profile even except a few epp foamies. Thinking of building a mojo now and a hot hots  just need work to leave me alone a bit more
