Set up of a MCM and or CCP

Hello to all, how to set up an engine with CCP or MCM

is there any special consideration to take into account?

is the traditional carbing as manual indicates?

I believe you need to list what engine your using . Mainly you need the right size bottle for the engine your using and the Macs header pipe with some silicon tubing to connect the header to the can . Once you list your engine im sure some Bros can chime in and tell you what setup you need .

i'm using 35AX and 8 oz muffler, but in my country can find 6 oz, and 10 oz.
Macs header for a 32 and 25.

Thanks

For a 35 use the 6 oz can. Cut about 1 1/2 inch off of the stock header and JB Weld the stub into the can, then use the silicone coupler to connect them back together. Start with an exhaust hole about 1/4 inch diameter. You can also use an exhaust stinger, but it's not required.

Does any one still use the small aluminum Coke bottles? And if so what size motor do they work best with?

I'm still using Coke bottles and Dollar Tree cans on the 55AX engines. Both work great.

Thanks Dave, any advice for adjust high speed needle?

Ok, i´m now cutting off that section you suggest me, and making a 1/4 hole on the mcm.

Low speed nedle needs any aditional adjust?

Later i will upload videos taching
1) Stock muffler
2) Macs Header with MCM

I´m using 11x5 Master, because 11x4 APC seems too slow
And 11x4 Master seems too fast, but it can´t do any effect on hover.

Seems to be a better thing 11x5 in thin air.

I will make a report later...

Adjust the high speed needle so the engine is slightly rich. Then adjust the low speed needle so the engine speeds up smoothly and quickly from idle to full throttle. Then make minor needle adjustments if necessary.

It will be interesting to see how the MCP performs way up there in that thin air.
